After having kids, I wanted to get back into shape. I began working out mainly doing cardio, but in 2014 I started lifting weights and found my love and passion for fitness and nutrition. In addition to being a nationally certified personal trainer with my background in sports and working out, this has provided me with the tools and knowledge to help others get into shape.
