There are many benefits to using pool for your exercise and leisure time.  Pool workouts are a great way to build strength, cardio endurance, and best of all it is a low impact form of exercise which makes the pool a great place especially if just coming off of an injury. 

The pool is  also a great place for you and your family to have fun together, kids don't even know that they are exercising!  and they are having fun!

Tuesday        5:00am to 9:00pm

Wednesday   5:00am to 9:00pm

Thursday       5:00am to 9:00pm

Friday            5:00am to 7:30pm

Saturday        8:00am to 4:30pm

Sunday          1:00pm to 6:30pm

*Pool closes 30 minutes before facility closing and the times above reflect that.
